JCH Property Management Company, Inc. was formed in August 1984 for the purpose of managing properties that were to be developed by JCH Development Company, Inc. Currently JCH Property Management Company, Inc. manages six Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties and six Rural Development-515 properties in the state of Tennessee.

JCH Property Management Company, Inc. is a member of the Southeastern Affordable Housing Management Association, The National Housing Management Association, and The Nashville Apartment Association.
